HEART MOUNTAIN VOLUNTEER MEDICAL CLINIC

Located in Powell, Wyoming, the Heart Mountain Volunteer Medical Clinic
(HMVMC) will provide free professional outpatient, non-emergency, acute and
chronic primary medical care to those living in Wyoming's Big Horn Basin. HMVMC will provide services for individuals whose gross income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, are uninsured and do not qualify for any other healthcare programs.
